Hello, I am Kayleen and today is the official launch of my webiste. After much thought and a whole lot of courage, I've finally decided to own up to this new found role as fitness ambassador. I built this site to serve as a platform to document my adventures, and at the same time, serve as a constant source of empowerment for women to become their best version of themselves.
Fitness has led me down an exciting road to self discovery. This beautiful community has taught me, that more than talent, It's the strength of your heart that allows you to accomplish things you never thought you could. My mission, is to pay it forward. Let me dare you to dream a little bigger -- to win a little more. I am a champion not just for myself, but for the people around me that share the same passion for movement and fitness.
