February 21, the adidas Ultra Boost X was launched in Manila. The same adidas running shoe we all love made bigger and better. I've heard so many good things about this new design, so I was definitely thrilled to be one of the first to take these babies for a test run. It was a perfect day at the BGC Arts Center, the sun shone bright, and the energy of the adidas team was pure excitement. Before anything else, here's a first look at the adidas Ultra Boost X!

My personal favorite of all the added features is the new primeknit upper. They made the top of the shoe flexible, hugging your foot allowing it to actively adjust to the way you move as you run. With this design, it doesn't feel like you've got shoes on at all. It actually feels more like a perfect sock! You can go fast, you can go slow, and still expect maximum energy return with every stride. It gives you the feeling that your pair of adidas Ultra Boost X's was made specifically for you.

I've literally never had an adidas sports bra fail on me, even if I'm high up in the air doing drops on the silks.
