When asked why I don’t stop training. The answer is always easy.

Looks like it will be a while before I get to train in the studio again, since fitness spaces are at the end of the line. So I’ve been making use of all the things I have at home to practice relevant skills.

This class took years in the making. I fell in love with calisthenics workouts in 2016, and have never stopped discovering ways to refine my movement. This year, I was finally ready to put together a program to share my love for the sport. Grateful for everyone who came my workshop! The energy in the room was absolutely AMAZING!

So, I commuted around Metro Manila to get around for a month. And I don’t mean Grab commute. I mean straight up train, public bus, jeep, uv express, pedicab, trike type commute. Whatever you got, I hopped on that thing. Some familiar, some I’ve never done in my life before. And because I like to introspect post event, here are my thoughts. ♥️
