Polecats Influx : Mighty Fit

This class took years in the making. I fell in love with calisthenics workouts in 2016, and have never stopped discovering ways to refine my movement. This year, I was finally ready to put together a program to share my love for the sport. Grateful for everyone who came my workshop! The energy in the room was absolutely AMAZING!

So, I commuted around Metro Manila to get around for a month. And I don’t mean Grab commute. I mean straight up train, public bus, jeep, uv express, pedicab, trike type commute.
