Last Friday I teamed up with E! to bring together a class for Revenge Body with Khloe Kardashian, hosted at my home studio Polecats Manila. Together with 6 instructors on my team, we taught a full house of 25 students of different levels, a new record for us at the studio!

When asked why I don’t stop training. The answer is always easy.

One day we’ll get out of this. When that time comes, I want to be strong enough to he able to teach everyone who will ask help gaining their strength back. &hearts;️💪🏽

Looks like it will be a while before I get to train in the studio again, since fitness spaces are at the end of the line. So I’ve been making use of all the things I have at home to practice relevant skills.

This year, I was finally ready to put together a program to share my love for the sport. Grateful for everyone who came my workshop! The energy in the room was absolutely AMAZING!
